Return of the Italian Tycoon (The Vineyards of Calanetti) by Jennifer Faye - Review

The Vineyards of Calanetti
Return of the Italian Tycoon
by Jennifer Faye
Genre: Contemporary Romance

Promoted…to wife?
Tough tycoon Angelo Amatucci must return to the Tuscan village of his childhood. With a lot of work to do, he brings his dedicated assistant Kayla Hill with him.
As beautiful Kayla falls for the village's charms, she also discovers a new, very attractive side to Angelo—working with him to secure a wedding contract is blissful torture! Especially as Kayla begins to wonder what it would be like to be Mrs. Amatucci…

The Vineyards of Calanetti
Saying "I do" under the Tuscan sun…

Angelo is against not only marriage, but an emotional affair as well. As I learned about his past, I kind of understood where he was coming from. His life was running smoothly until the day he really noticed his temporary PA, Kayla. Kayla left her small hometown to pursue her dream to climb the corporate ladder. Working temporarily for the CEO should help her get noticed. Angelo not only notices her working skills, but also starts noticing her as a woman. Working on a pitch for a very important wedding in a small, romantic village in Italy can only lead to them acting on their attraction and blurring the lines between employer/employee. The setting is described beautifully, and even the the story is a bit predictable, I totally enjoyed it. Perfect for a quick afternoon read. The rest of the books in the series also sound great.

I received an ARC for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review, all conclusions are my own.
