Denver is a sex-on-a-stick alpha male that me fall for him for his tender side as much as his protective side. I loved seeing him take care of Charity when she was sick and his patience in getting her to open up to him. I had a harder time connecting with Charity, but by the end of the book, I had a better sense of who she was. Circumstances forced them to spend so much time together, that it rushed the pace of their relationship a bit. The friendships formed between the fighters and their circle of friends is amazing - I love the way they always look out for each other. Looking forward to Stack's story in the next book, but I can't wait for Armie's - he is my favorite!
