USA Today bestselling contemporary romance author Toni Blake continues her new, heartwarming series set in the beachside town of Coral Cove.

When the question is love, the answer is always yes…

Camille Thompson is the best at what she does-closing deals. That’s why real estate developer Vanderhook has sent her to Coral Cove, Florida, where the stubborn owner of the Happy Crab Motel is refusing to sell. Camille’s never had a problem turning a “no” into a “yes”, but then she’s never been so captivated by a man’s sexy smile before.

Laidback Reece Donovan likes life simple. No amount of money - or any other temptation Camille can offer - will convince him to give up the one link to his past. Of course, it would be easier without the powerful chemistry raging between them.

As a fragile romance begins to grow, can Reece trust Camille with his secrets? And when promises are broken, along with hearts, can the charm of Coral Cove help bring them back together?

A few minutes later, they both waded down the steps and into the water, rippling with light beneath the sun.  Ah, so cool on her hot skin, and a sensual sigh left her as she leaned back to float with her face toward the clear blue sky.
What felt even better on her skin, though, was when Reece ran his sure hands up her outstretched legs.  She lowered her feet to the bottom of the pool and stood upright in the water, moving into his loose embrace for a kiss as heated as the air around them.
"What is it with you and water?" she asked on a laugh, her arms resting around his shoulders.
"Hmm?" he murmured, now kissing her neck, clearly only half hearing her.
"I can't be in the water without you making a move on me," she teased, then kissed him again.
He arched one brow.  "You complaining?"
"Not at all," she replied, giving him a smile.  "Just starting to think you have a water fetish or something."
"Maybe it's not the water," he suggested.  "Maybe it's the bikini."  He dropped an appreciative gaze toward her cleavage.  "With no offense to your mind, Tink, it's hard to look at you in this without appreciating all those other body parts."  And he ended with one of those sexy little winks she felt between her thighs.  He was the most sexual man she'd ever encountered.  Or ... maybe it was just the reactions he inspired in her that made her feel that way.
"How exactly are you appreciating them?" she asked flirtatiously.  It was so easy to be drawn in by him.
He released her from his grasp to point to his eyes with one hand, his brain with the other.
"Ah," she said, tipping her head back.
Then he pointed to his sexy mouth and added, "But I was thinking about appreciating them with this, too."
When he clamped his hands firmly over her hips, his fingers curling possessively over her flesh, she oozed with want for him.  "Um, um …" she mumbled, so caught up in her own desire now that she couldn’t summon words as he gently backed her toward the edge of the pool, then lifted her up and sat her down on the tile at the edge.
After which his fingertips dipped smoothly into the elastic of her bikini bottoms.  "Let me take these off, honey," he rasped near her ear.
Oh my.  She tingled in the whole general area where his hands were.  "But ... what if someone comes?"
"No one’s going to come but you and me," he assured her.  Wow.  She felt that between her thighs, too.  Enough that she lifted from the concrete just enough to let him begin pulling her bikini down.
Even as she continued expressing certain valid concerns like, "What if Riley shows up?"
"I sent him in my car on some errands.  Won’t be back for hours."  Now Reece was pulling the coral Lycra bottoms over her outstretched ankles and off, looping them over his wrist.  And she couldn't believe she was sitting there, naked from the waist down next to the Happy Crab's pool.
"Wh-what about your friends?" she persisted.   This seemed ridiculously risky; she felt way too exposed.
But as he skillfully parted her legs, his palms pressed to her inner thighs, he only whispered, "Shhh.  Close your eyes.  Let me make you feel good."

Great enemies to lovers story!  Cami and Reece start off as enemies with instant chemistry and end up with their HEA. Although their relationship progressed rather quickly, it definitely wasn't instant love between the two.  The slow build and the emotional love scenes make for a great romance, and their business relationship adds the conflict. The supporting cast of characters are great, including Fifi, Reece's iguana, Tiger Lilt, Cami's cat.

This is the second book in the series, but can be read as a standalone.  I am looking forward to the next book in the series, especially if it's about Tamra or Fletcher.
